Between 2014 and 2017, served as Vice Dean at the Koç University Faculty of Medicine.
Since 2018, has also been serving as President of the European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder and the Elbow (Société Européenne pour la Chirurgie de l'Epaule et du Coude - SECEC).
More than 70 articles have been published in internationally respected journals.
Gave more than 100 lectures and presented papers at international congresses.
