Anesthesiology and Reanimation

In 2003–2004, served as a visiting faculty member at the University of Copenhagen Faculty of Medicine, Anesthesia and Reanimation Unit.
In 2007, served as a visiting faculty member at the University of Copenhagen Faculty of Medicine, Anesthesia and Reanimation Unit.
In 2008, served as a visiting faculty member at the New York University Faculty of Medicine, Anesthesia and Reanimation Unit.
In 2015–2018, served as President of the Regional Anesthesia Society.
Has served as Second President of the Regional Anesthesia Society from 2018 to the present.
Continues to serve as a member of the Board of the European Society of Regional Anesthesia.

Main clinical areas of interest:
- Acute pain management,
- Regional anesthesia,
- Difficult airway management.
