- In 2008–2009, worked in the field of uro-oncology in the USA at the Department of Urology, Vanderbilt University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.
- Awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2011 and Professor in 2019.
- Since 2003, worked in the kidney transplant team at the Department of Urology, Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine, and performed kidney transplant operations.
- In 2004, won the third-place award at the 7th Mediterranean Video-Endoscopic Urology Course with International Participation.
- In 2007, in Germany, received the “Best Poster Award” at the 22nd European Association of Urology Congress.
- In 2002, received the “Best Video Award” at the 1st National Congress of Urological Surgery, and in 2013, the “Best Poster Presentation Award” for a study presented at the 11th Uro-Oncology Congress.
- Member of the Minimally Invasive Urological Surgery Society (General Secretary), the Urological Surgery Society, the Uro-Oncology Surgery Society, the European Association of Urology and the American Urological Association.
