- In 2000, took part in the establishment of the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine.
- In 2005, appointed Head of the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine.
- Dr. Dilege, who has been a faculty member at Koç University Faculty of Medicine since its founding, has served as Dean of Koç University Faculty of Medicine since September 2018.
