Medical Interests
Areas of interest and work are “Thoracic” and “Head and Neck” radiology.
Work in the field of Diagnostic Radiology includes Ultrasonography/Doppler Ultrasonography,
Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and X-ray.
In addition, interventional radiology procedures are also performed in the fields of Thoracic and Head and Neck Radiology.
Holds a proficiency certificate in head and neck radiology from the European Society of Head and Neck Radiology (ESHNR).
More than 120 talks have been given at numerous national and international scientific meetings on Thoracic and Head and Neck Radiology.
Has taken part in organizing many national and international scientific meetings. Currently serves on the ESHNR examination committee.
Also a member of the Turkish Radiology Proficiency Board and chair of the Educational Programs Organization Committee.
Continues to serve as chair of the Winter Schools of the Turkish Society of Radiology.
Organized and presided over the European Head and Neck Radiology Congress in 2013 in Izmir, Turkey.
